It is quite an amazing place and is seen as really important by Christians because it is the site of Jesus’s crucifixion and burial. So just take your earphones, lie on your bed, or where ever u feel comfortable, listen to music and meditate, trust me, whatever you might be going through, you'll most definitely feel at least 1% better. You might first learn about the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem when learning about pilgrimages. I dont really believe in therapy and psychologists, i lose myself in music, once the earphones are in my ears, Im in my own private world, detached from this rough earth. Think about it, during celebrations, we have music, same with funerals, weddings, parties etc, when you in love, theres always that one song that u can totally relate to, when you happy, you listen to ur happy songs, when u sad, u listen to those slow deep tunes, those ones that u feel were written especially regarding your situation. Music has kept me from going crazy, kept me from having thoughts of giving up in this thing we call life, kept me from taking wrong decisions, kept me calm in messy situations, you could say, i owe my life to music. Im sure im not the only one who's been to hell and back, most of us, if not all have been through challenges but there is always that one thing that keeps you sane through all the bullsh*t, for some of you it might be a friend, a lover, or whatever helps you through issues, well.for me, its Music. My Life is not perfect, far from it actually, Parents Divorced, The messy Court fights between Parents, desolation, confusion, loss of family members, family feuds etc. We all know, the World we live in right now is rough, life is hard, friends come, friends go, even family sometimes desert you.
